Eczema Free Forever Book Review – An Honest Personal Review By Jenna Jamieson

www.CureMyCondition.com/eczemaremedy If you've been thinking about trying out the Eczema Free Forever Program, then this may be the most helpful page you will stumble across as Jenna is sharing her own personal experience…

If you prefer, you can also watch the video review of Eczema Free Forever on Youtube at http://youtu.be/HSNr4H87_h0

However, I highly recommend reading this short review as you will find out from a real user the following:

My name is Jenna Jamieson and I’ve decided to try the Eczema Free Forever Program after my pharmacist and friend Carter recommended Rachel Anderson’s natural treatment program when he saw me purchasing another tube of Betamethasone cream last month. I visited Rachel Anderson’s website and was intrigued by her personal story.

I was suffering from chronic childhood eczema as early as around 18 months old (at least that’s what my mum remembered). I also suffer from childhood asthma and hay fever by the time I attended school. This brought back a lot of unpleasant memories where I had to bring my inhaler wherever I went and I had to sit out lots of fun activities. Anyway, my mum brought me to many pediatricians and skin specialists over the years and I was constantly given yucky white creams that I had to apply to my eczema areas every night before bed. I’ve since found out they were steroid creams. I’ve tried almost all of them for example?Hydrocortisone, Betamethasone plus Methylprednisolone (Betnovate), Clobetasol (Dermovate), Mometasone (Elocon), Clobetasone (Eumovate), Fluticasone (Cutivate), Diflucortolone (Nerisone forte) and Triamcinolone.

They worked very well in stopping the itch and spreading of my eczema. I used to get terrible eczema rashes on my arms and behind my knees which would get so itchy especially when I’m sweating or when I’m sleeping in the middle of the night and scratching it felt like the most wonderful thing in the world! I just couldn’t stop scratching myself because it felt so good! Many mornings, I would wake up with blood all over my sheets because I scratched too much and it would also frighten me. So I’d lather a thick layer of steroid cream on my arms and legs before I sleep even though it smelt so bad lol.

All was good until I reached puberty during my teens, around 12 years old. I started developing severe acne. As in it was all over my face….big fat red lumps of inflamed pimples and it was so ugly! I had to visit my skin specialist again and they told me that this might be a side effect due to my long term use of steroid creams in the past, she even said it was quite a common adverse effect. I felt so angry! Why didn’t any of the doctors warn me about the adverse effects of eczema steroid creams! I suffered from severe acne for quite a few years during my teens and that affected my body image and my self confidence. I always felt self conscious about my face and always felt not as pretty as the other girls in my school. I also had lots of eczema scars on my hands and behind my knees (they turn dark brown after they’ve dried up) and I remember always wearing long sleeves or ? sleeves to hide them. I also did not dare to wear shorts or skirts so I ended up wearing jeans wherever I went.

Anyway to cut the story short, by now (I’m now in my late 20’s), my eczema only flares up only to certain triggers like flower pollen and certain seafood like crabs. My asthma has also been under control for the past 10 years. I still get hay fever and allergic rhinitis and running nose if I am in dusty places or when it’s spring time and there’s lots of pollen around in the air. However, I still keep a tube of betamethasone cream with me just in case, especially during Spring time.

I’ve always been told by my doctors that eczema is not curable and I’ll always suffer it for the rest of my life. So when I came across Rachel Anderson’s Eczema Free Forever treatment program, I decided to give it a try. Rachel says that eczema’s root cause is not a skin disease, eczema is actually a immune system disease that causes normal everyday things to trigger the skin to flare up. I realized that all the greasy yucky smelling steroid creams I’ve applied for so many years were not curing my eczema, but were just masking the root problem.

I then started trying her natural healing techniques and her recommended herbal remedies. The good thing about this program is that I don’t need to rely on steroid creams anymore to prevent my occasional eczema flares due to certain environment triggers. Also, Rachel shares what she personally used to treat her son the natural way (without steroids). And she’s so confident that it will help other eczema sufferers too, that she’s giving a 60 day no risk money back guarantee for the product. So we can actually try it out risk free and if it doesn’t work for you within 60 days, you can always get a refund with no questions asked. I think that’s very generous of her and that’s why I’m writing this review so other eczema patients like myself can also benefit from her natural methods, we’ve got nothing to lose anyway!

In my personal opinion, the disadvantage of her natural methods are, it may take a little longer to stop the itch and eczema flares completely (as opposed to almost instantaneous results with the very potent steroids like Clobetasol or Mometasone). This would be dependent on different patients I suppose, but I really really wanted to stop relying on steroid creams because I was afraid of any long term side effects that I’ll continue to suffer from for the rest of my life. So I think it’s worth going the natural way at all costs for our better future.

What Can Cure Eczema Naturally - Best Home Remedies For Eczema And Dermatitis

www.CureMyCondition.com/eczemaremedy What can cure eczema permanently? Scientific evidence has shown that the only way Eczema (Atopic Dermatitis) can be cured permanently, is if it is treated at the ROOT cause as an immune system disease, not merely a skin condition.

It is unfortunate that most conventional medical treatments for eczema are still ONLY focused on masking the symptoms of eczema (the itchy rash, red hot flare ups, dry flaky skin), rather than treating the root cause of it which is actually caused by your body's overactive T Helper Cells (CD4 Cells).

I will not bore you by going too in depth with these medical jargons, but in summary, your CD4 cells are responsible for roaming your body and once they spot a foreign invader, they will summon Killer T Cells (CD8 Cells) which will attack the invaders. These cells are very important for our immune system to keep us safe from harmful bacteria and viruses.

However, in people with Eczema like me and you, our CD4 Cells sometimes detects our own body's skin cells as a foreign invader. They then summon the CD8 Cells to attack our skin, causing our eczema symptoms like itchiness, red hot flare ups etc. Certain food and environmental conditions such as seafood and pollen may also act as aggravators or triggers to our eczema flare ups.

The current standard acceptable medical treatment for eczema are corticosteroids (oral steroids or topical steroid creams and ointments), antihistamines, topical calcineurin inhibitors (pimecrolimus, tacrolimus) and emollients.

The major problem with most of these drugs especially the corticosteroids are that when used long term and in young children, they can cause steroid dependence eczema or topical steroid addition. And if oral or topical steroid are stopped, the patient will go through steroid withdrawal symptoms which can be very unbearable because the body's adrenal function and cortisol hormone production has been compromised by prolonged usage of topical corticosteroids. This has been a major concern for parents and doctors when treating eczema patients (especially in babies and toddlers) with corticosteroids for long periods of more than 2 weeks. In these cases, steroids should not be stopped abruptly, but should be tapered off slowly because as the body's adrenal glands need time to return to normal secretion patterns.

I myself have also depended on topical steroid creams since I was 6 years old, and I just coudln't live without them because that was the only thing that worked to suppress my eczema itchiness and flare ups. During my teens I suffered from severe acne on my face, which was a side effect of my long term usage of steroid creams. I have since tapered off my steroid cream usage and am now not dependant on any steroid creams at all. I instead chose the natural approach to cure my eczema from within my own body (I find it so weird that my doctors used to tell me eczema is not curable). I have to admit it wasn't easy at first when I was going through my steroid withdrawal phase, but I'm so glad I did it and am completely healthy and free from steroids now.

This is why I highly recommend every eczema sufferer like myself to take the natural approach and stop relying on corticosteroids because it does alot of damage to our body's natural adrenal hormone gland system which causes our entire hormonal function to go haywire.

The natural eczema treatment program that I followed was Eczema Free Forever by Rachel Anderson. She was also an eczema sufferer herself and also used this natural approach to permanently cure her son Samuel from eczema. You can read more about her experience and learn how she did it at
